‘Lift and shift’ of sales organization at PVH
Halfway through 2020, we have been asked to guide the MEA+ regional Commercial team during their organization transition towards setting up a new office and relocating the activities and team from Amsterdam to Dubai, UAE.
During the transition part in the Netherlands we took on the project management with regards to the people transition and individual announcement. Next, we worked on both setting up an HR foundation and transferring part of the team to Dubai. In the last phase our focus has been on the HR function for the Dubai entity: setting up policies & procedures, HR roadmap, HR governance etc.

HR IPO Preparation at Fertiglobe
After our work on the merger in 2018/2019 we rejoined Fertiglobe in 2021. Our assignment this time was to further develop the HR Foundation in preparation of the IPO and the first 90 days after.
For Fertiglobe we delivered a completed job framework, an employee manual covering the policies and procedures, we developed the HR Delegation of Authority, covering the HR function across the assets and developed the HR Internal Control framework.

Apollo Vredestein Specialisation
At Apollo Vredestein BV we were engaged to guide the organization through the first phase of their restructuring and specialization of the Enschede plant and the European head office in Amsterdam.
For this substantial transition (reducing up to an estimated 750 positions) we have taken the lead on creating the organisation design of the target organization and developed the request for advice including WMCO, in addition we have helped the organization to prepare for implementation of the intended decision;
As HR transition team we delivered for Apollo Vredestein the complete organization design including the legal set-up with regards to interchangeability of roles and initial workforce transition (based on the reflection principle) and estimated social impact, the social plan calculation of the intended decision.

Joint venture at OCI NV
At OCI NV, we set up a Joint Venture with the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), merging OCI’s Fertilizer businesses in the MENA Region with ADNOC FERTIL plants. Our role has been to initiate and manage the transition from an HR&O perspective, build the HR Function, and at times to play a role in Integration Management across the workstreams
In our program management role, we facilitated the business in the Integration of the MENA plants, Organization Design of new head office in Abu Dhabi, SG&A HR, global mobility & recruitment, integration, communication and different temporary service agreements. Redesign & Divestment at Lely
Our assignment at Lely was extensive, as we had a leading role in the disentanglement of this internationally established, family-owned business, in the redesign of the new Lely Organization focused around Robotics and data, and in the reorganization and sale of the Forage business that formed in 1948 the roots of this family-owned business.
The Implementation of these reorganizations lead to the successful sale of the Forage business to the listed company AGCO. This major change, covering the Dutch headquarters and over a dozen Lely locations worldwide, made it possible for Lely to enter its next chapter with a bright future in dairy farming robotics. Finally, we were able to kickstart the transformation of the HR department into the business-driven, result-oriented and data-driven team that it is today.
